I’m a diabetic since ten years now and this tattoo is a tribute to it.

This is my first tattoo that I got done earlier this year. I got it as a play on the “Keep Calm and Carry On” posters. I wanted a subtle reference, so I chose to get the crown over the words. Also, it’s not the same crown you’d find on the posters, because I didn’t want the tattoo to become a walking advertisement. It’s a reminder to myself that, no matter how stressful life can get, things always work themselves out.
The tattoo was done at Zebra Tattoo in Hollywood.

this is my first & only tattoo at the moment. i got pig tracks on my foot because i grew up on a farm, raising pigs. so you could say the little piggies left memories with me i’ll never forget. they just so happen to be my favorite animal(:
i got it done at eyewitness tattoo in oklahoma. i went with one of my best friends, we both got a tattoo on our feet, and it was both of our first tattoo. we were both scared shitless. my tattoo artist was ready to get it done, lol.
at first on the side of my foot it wasn’t that bad but when he got to the top part of my foot, i was THIS close to calling it quits. but i toughed it out. lol. & am veryyy happy with the final product(:

This is the first tattoo out of the three that I have now. I got it on February 2, 2011 at Knuckledown Tattoo in Clearwater, Florida. I quit my job the same day. I got a piece of cheese because of my last name which is Cheeseborough. My sister and father both have a piece of cheese too. Theirs is different from mine, but I like mine way more. It’s got a more vintage look to it.

the triangle!
These are my brand new tattoos that I got today! The left one is dwarf fireweed and the right one are forget-me-nots. Dwarf fireweed was my grandmother’s favourite flower, she passed away four years ago. They are everywhere here in Iceland and they always remind me of her. The forget-me-nots are a reminder of everyone that I love that has passed away. These were done by Gunnar Valdimarsson at Íslenzka húðflúrstofan in Reykjavík, Iceland. You can also see my deathly hallows tattoo in the picture, that was done at Tattoo 69 in Reykjavík a few years back.

As with all Legend of Zelda tattoos, I got this tattoo because I enjoyed playing this game so much as a child. It’s also a strong reminder of my older brother, who has been living in Korea for 3 years now. The missing half of the life bar signifies the death of my Father last December, this is something that has been told to no one until now. What appears to be just a symbol of my childhood to others has a lot of meaning to me.
